The time-out period is the time that lapses from the start of a Step or an Automation until it is automatically aborted.

The default time out is 60 seconds. Run time for a Step ranges from 30 seconds to 2 hours.

Run time for an Automation is maximum 2 hours; however, this may be extended if a sleep or an interactive Action is part of the workflow.

How to configure Run time for a Step

1. On the Edit page of your Automation, click on the three dots to the right of your
Step.

2. Select Step config.

3. Set the Timeout duration (must be between 30s and 2hrs).
